The Golden State Warriors are now the NBA champions of the world. The Warriors dismantled the Cleveland Cavaliers in five games to win their second title in three years.

There is a strong possibility that the Warriors are the next Dynasty in the making. Couple that with an aging  Lebron James who is the only superstar left in the NBA that gives you a real chance against the warriors, and that dynasty is all but assured.

Wait… the only Superstar left? Unfortunately that’s the truth. Maybe you bring up  the loan San Antonio Spur Kawhi Leonard but his team is too old, too slow, and a roster retooling is necessary. OK, well what about Russell Westbrook? Not enough talent on the roster, to much ego, and not enough TALENT, again. Small Ball for it All

The Golden State Warriors obliterated the Cleveland Cavaliers 103-85 in game four of the NBA Finals. The Warriors played with heart, hunger, and passion which had been missing in the three games prior. Golden State head coach Steve Kerr made a chess like adjustment  and incorporated super sub Andre Iguodala into the starting lineup. The change paid off immensely as Iguodala was the player of this game. Iguodala had 22 points and 8 rebounds but it was his veteran “know how” that truly paid dividends.

It was the first time Iggy started a game all year for the Golden State Warriors and man did he have a 76ers like flashback. Iguodala, the former  franchise player for the Philadelphia 76ers was spectacular from beginning to end with his defense on LeBron James and his clutch shooting from the three point line. Wake me up somebody. I have to be dreaming. Did the Chicago Bulls just take a 2-1 lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers?

 The Chicago Bulls won Game 3 in dramatic fashion 99-96 at the United Center. The dramatics came by way of a Derrick Rose’s game-winning three pointer. This game went back and forth and came down to the wire, But in the end it was a Taj Gibson screen that was the difference in this game. The Bulls played with energy and passion–the two key components necessary to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. The Bulls also got a huge lift from Jimmy Butler who had 20 points and played the best defense I ever seen on LeBron James. Butler was a physical presence all night long. He blocked James’ shot multiple times. He swiped the ball away on numerous occasions, Butler sent the message loud…
